On Thursday, 20 November 2025, from 12:30 to 17:00, the BOKU Career Center will host the BOKU Internship Day 2025 in the AULA of the Franz-Schwackhöfer House.

Alongside a series of talks on everything related to internships, students from all BOKU degree programs will have the chance to meet participating companies and organizations directly and learn about available internship opportunities. After all, internships are supposed to offer an early chance to get connected with the professional world, explore different fields, and gain initial insights into working life. The participating companies and organizations will be present with information booths in the AULA, where they can supposedly engage with students in a relaxed setting.

Planned Program:

from 12:30 – Talks in SR 9 (in German):

• Presentation by the BOKU Career Center: How to apply properly for an internship

• Presentation by the Chamber of Labour on internships and labor law

• Presentation by BOKU-IR on Erasmus+ funding

• Presentation by IASTE

• Presentation by the BOKU Center for Global Change and Sustainability on: Voluntary Environmental Year

from 14:00 – Company booths of participating companies and organizations in the AULA

15:00 – Opening of the buffet with coffee & cake

from 15:30 – Short presentations (in German) by the participating companies and organizations in SR 6/9
